No need to deal with the hassle of a gym directed coach or with a trainers schedule to receive personal training at a gym. Online coaching allows you to receive the same guidance and instruction, and in most cases, more detail at a much lower cost and the ability to train within your schedule.
Both fitness and nutrition programs are based solely on your situation, needs, and goals. After completing an online assessment and answering any additional questions from the trainer, a plan will be designed specifically for you at a fraction of the price.
$45 - (1) weekly training session
$80 - (2) weekly training sessions
$100 - (3) weekly training sessions
All sessions are designed based on your needs and goals, combined with the motivation, and the company of a coach who cares.
Offsite Training with travel up to 15 miles:
$50 - (1) session per week
$90 - (2) sessions per week
$120 - (3) sessions per week
Personal Training sessions with travel between 15 - 30 miles.
$70 - (1) Training Session per week
$120 - (2) Training Sessions per week
$160 - (3) Training Sessions per week
