Online Fitness & Nutrition Plan

Monthly: $100.00

$100 - Monthly Online Nutritional Coaching 

$150 - Monthly Online Fitness & Nutritional Coaching 

 

No need to deal with the hassle of a gym directed coach or with a trainers schedule to receive personal training at a gym. Online coaching allows you to receive the same guidance and instruction, and in most cases, more detail at a much lower cost and the ability to train within your schedule.

Both fitness and nutrition programs are based solely on your situation, needs, and goals. After completing an online assessment and answering any additional questions from the trainer, a plan will be designed specifically for you at a fraction of the price.

Onsite 1 on 1 Personal Training

60 minutes: $45.00

$45 - (1) weekly training session

$80 - (2) weekly training sessions

$100 - (3) weekly training sessions 

All sessions are designed based on your needs and goals, combined with the motivation, and the company of a coach who cares.

Offsite Training (up to 15miles)

60 minutes: $50

Offsite Training with travel up to 15 miles:

$50 - (1) session per week

$90 - (2) sessions per week

$120 - (3) sessions per week

Personal Training sessions with travel between 15 - 30 miles.

Youth Strength and Conditioning

Monthly: $350.00

Additional strength and conditioning training will improve coordination, stability, and strength while creating a higher level of motor control and understanding of how their body functions in different situations.

A 2009 NSCA article stated; developing athletes strength capacity can be significantly enhanced (gains of up to 74% have been reported) through a program that uses a variety of forms of resistance training.

Studies have determined children should be exposed to several modes of physical activity/sports, whether through strength and conditioning programs or participating in multiple sports throughout childhood.

Sport Specific Strength & Cond.

60 minutes: $35.00

Programs developed based on the needs of the position within the specific sport the athletes play. Using functional training focused on speed, agility, and overall strength of an athlete to become stronger as a receiver, linebacker, guard, or a basketball shooting guard, point guard, etc.

COMBINE Preparation Training

(12) 60 min sessions minutes: $350.00

In today’s recruiting atmosphere, it has become almost a necessity for high school student-athletes to compete in sport-specific combines, camps, showcases, and tournaments.

College coaches value and take full advantage of the opportunity to attend such events, as it allows them to evaluate the skills of multiple athletes in a competitive environment. Attending these events can become costly, so it is crucial to select the correct event to achieve the outcome you desire, as well as be fully prepared to show the best of your skills and abilities.
